The process begins with a FREE consultation with a certified Benchmark appraiser to discuss the needs of your appraisal. No purchase is necessary.
Your vehicle will be inspected “at your locations” appraised by a (BOCCA Certified Auto Appraiser) Benchmark Senior Appraiser.
A 128 Point Inspection with comments on condition and areas for concern and added value.
We take anywhere from 30-75 digital Photographs of the Vehicle with special attention to troubled and exceptional areas.
A Vehicle Identification inspection and authentication.
A Database search to locate similar vehicles, for condition, price, and recent sales similar to your vehicle.
Benchmark will contact Dealers that have handled a similar vehicle to yours.
A 2-3 hour online research in order to determine an accurate value of your vehicle.
A paint meter inspection of all critical areas of your vehicle.
Copies of all comparable vehicle’s to yours to determine the value of your vehicle.
A 12 to 15 page certified report including the appraiser’s certification and method used to determine the value of your vehicle.
Phone calls with the client to discuss concerns and to advise you of the status of your appraisal.
Take care of phone calls with your insurance agents, insurance adjusters, insurance claims rep, and insurance appraisers at the client’s request.
If you have a Total Loss claim or Diminished Value claim And DO NOT agree with the Insurance Company’s settlement. We will appraise and negotiate with the Insurance Company on your behalf and “get you the money you deserve” for your loss.
Initially, Benchmark will E-Mail you a copy of the report to you for your review.
